Warm muscle-ease oil relieves tightness and tension held in the back, neck and shoulders, before the potency of a botanical express facial restores a bright, radiant complexion. The final piece to deep satisfaction is found in a sleep inducing foot and scalp massage.

Salt & Sauna

Infrared Sauna | Body Balance Massage | Salt Spa Bath

The experience typically begins with a session in a sauna, where high temperatures help to open up pores and draw out toxins from the body. The warm, soothing environment also promotes relaxation and reduces stress levels. After a sauna session, couples are then treated to a massage with warmed salt stones. These salt stones are believed to have healing properties and can help improve circulation, reduce muscle tension, and soothe soreness in the body. The combination of heat and salt during the massage provides an invigorating and rejuvenating experience for both the body and mind. To finish off the experience, couples will immerse themselves in a magnesium spa. Magnesium is an essential mineral that our bodies need to function properly, and soaking in a magnesium spa can help replenish any deficiencies while also promoting relaxation and reducing stress levels.

A body burdened with toxins leaves us feeling sluggish and sick. Quite often, symptoms of ill health can be traced back to too many toxins, chemicals and heavy metals in the system. Infrared sauna is one of the most efficient ways to detox the body. Use this session to rid the body of toxins followed by a full body and scalp massage to have you reset in no time! Once complete, relax in our quiet lounge area with a organic tea and some fresh fruit.

Additionally, every spa treatment comes with a complimentary glass of bubbles and a signature cap cake. Upgrade options for French champagne are also available upon request. I went & had a relaxing 1hr massage & Vit C Facial with a hot oil head massage with Indi yesterday, having been in the beauty industry for 30yrs in Sydney, I am fussy, but it didn’t disappoint, Indi was on time & very Professional, my beauty room was very warm & comfortable, very clean, after the treatments, I was given the option of having a shower, also in the treatment room, which I loved, there was no road noise, being on Pacific Hwy I thought there might have been, I wasn’t rushed after the treatment & it was a nice touch to be giving herbal tea before & after(with Chocolate), I normal go to sydney for treatments as I can’t find a salon that satisfies in Newcastle, but I will definitely be returning to this salon, thank you Indi for looking after me so beautifully 🙏

My Bestie and I had the most Amazing experience with the 3hr Delicious Duet Couples package for her Birthday. Carmel and Staff were so lovely and accommodating that we did not want to leave. I had my first treatment today at Sojo with the beautiful Indi and it completely exceeded my expectations. I felt like I was floating in the clouds after the 3hr Pamper package I received. The space itself is perfection, Indi did an incredible job for my massage, facial and pedicure and the glass of bubbles and cupcake treat were the icing on the cake.
