At SOJO Spa & Wellness, every detail of your visit is designed to feel calm, unhurried, and restorative. To help us provide the most seamless experience for all guests, we kindly ask that you review the following spa guidelines.

Arrival at the Spa

To fully enjoy your treatment and allow time for consultation, we recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Late arrival may result in reduced treatment time so as not to inconvenience the next guest.

Special Considerations

Your wellbeing is our priority. Please inform your therapist at the time of booking or prior to your appointment of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, or if you are pregnant. Certain treatments may not be suitable, and this information allows us to tailor your experience safely and effectively.

Quiet Enjoyment

SOJO is a sanctuary of relaxation. We kindly ask that mobile phones are silenced and conversations kept to a minimum within treatment and relaxation areas, allowing all guests to fully unwind.

Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We require 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.

  • Failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in 100% of the treatment charge.

Gift Vouchers & Packages

Gift vouchers are valid for the treatments specified and must be presented at the time of your appointment. Packages are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.
